Once upon a time, there was a runner, full of races, with a bad knee, and lots of accessories and knee pads to make it better.

I started running over 20 years ago.

I started with a 10K.

Then I said to myself, I'll never run 21km....

And one day... I did it.

I ran my first half marathon in Paris.

 

After the euphoria of the 21km, I said to myself, I'll never run a marathon...

And one day... I did it.

I ran my first marathon in Nice.

I said to myself, Now I'm good, I'll only run marathons

 

 

 

 

 

Then a friend said to me, “You should try running the 100 km of Millau.”

It was during the Barcelona marathon, and I replied, “Never in a million years.”

 

And guess what happened five years later?

 

YES, I DID IT.

 

And guess what I thought right at the end of the race?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Why not the 180 km Diagonale des Fous? After all, it's (just) one marathon a day 🙂

 

And you know what? Well, I didn't do it (yet).

Around 2023, the verdict came down: osteoarthritis, a torn meniscus, and inflamed goose feet.

 

No more marathons, no more sports, period.

To get by, I tried all kinds of knee braces and devices to relieve my knee pain.

 

It was this year-long quest that gave me the idea to launch KneeSolution.
